Writing up clinical notes in VetinkPRO is fast, accurate and easy. It allows creation of abbreviations with a link to full words, phrases, or sentences. Pre-populated history templates can be stored and imported as required to maximise efficiency and increase consistency.

VetlinkPRO has a comprehensive inventory management system complemented by our Stocklink App. Stock is receipted by way of Inwards Goods Invoices and sold via the Billing system. Full electronic e-commerce integration is available with various Wholesalers and Distributors.

Our Loyalty system allows the user to activate, manage and track in-house, with no implementation or ongoing expenses. There is full control over point qualification for clients and also has the ability to earn points by referring new clients. Simple for suppliers to participate directly.

While some practices never discount for their services, some have to, depending on their type of business. Many discounting structures are possible in VetlinkPRO. Instead of monetary discounts, one should use the Loyalty Points System built into our software.

Intelligent Notes

An intelligent note is a post-it type note that can be attached to any Client, Patient, Supplier, Product/Service, and medical cases with attached histories. One may attach as many notes as required to a single record. Mail-merge variables are also available to “personalise” notes.

VetlinkPRO allows users to create both Vaccination and Recall reminder types. Each reminder type can then be assigned to vaccines or other goods and servives where required. Reminders can also be added and managed from the animal record if required.

The hotel module refers to a “Cattery”, “Kennel”, or “Equine Paddock” boarding system where animals are booked for a period of time similar to a hotel. Users can define several options to change the look and feel as well as some rule sets for a fully configurable set up.

Client Portal is an integrated web application that allows clients to access their own information online. It will reduce the number of non-revenue generating phone calls to the clinic, while still being able to maintain very high levels of service.

VetlinkPRO has an integrated General Ledger with a full Chart Of Accounts and can produce a full Profit and Loss Report as well as a Balance Sheet. It also has the capability to record budgets and produce reports comparing sales to budgets and so on.

The marketing system in VetlinkPRO has been carefully designed to allow for ease of use, yet produce sophisticated queries to access important information. It automatically analyses the database and reports inaccuracies or missing information to the user.

VetlinkPRO has a high-end appointments calendar system with the ability to populate an advanced roster system which then plans out calendars for each staff membe. It can also be set up to auto-sync of appointments to appear in one’s Google Calendar.

Business Activity Monitor (BAM) aims to allow end-users to monitor their ongoing operations through core KPIs. It allows the user to benchmark with their peers and amongst their own branches. BAM utilises responsive design, allowing users to take BAM on the go.

Clould Backup

VetlinkPRO offers Cloud backup options to prevent data loss. Cloud backup refers to making copies of data to the Could so that these additional copies may be used to restore the original after a data loss event such as accidental file deletion, data damage or corruption.
