VetlinkPRO infrastructure is hosted in Sydney, Singapore and London regions of AWS (Amazon Web Services) data centres. AWS is ISO 27001 certified company with data centres secured using biometrics, 24-hour surveillance and 24x7 onsite staff providing additional protection against unauthorized entry. Data centre access is restricted to AWS data centre technicians only.
All servers and all customer data are backed up using two separate technologies to two separate offsite locations. Backups are regularly checked and tested.
Our backup strategy allows us to recover in the unlikely event of data loss.
Our systems are always kept up to date with latest security patches for newly discovered vulnerabilities using patch management software. All servers are patched with critical security updates withing 48 hours from release by Microsoft. We first test all updates in test environment for VetlinkPRO compatibility and then deploy to production servers.
We use multiple firewalls and latest ESET Server Security software on each endpoint to secure our infrastructure against unauthorised access and all types of online threats such as viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, phishing attacks etc.
