As a vital part of the Support and Implementation team, Kate plays a hands-on role in helping veterinary clinics navigate their software with confidence—and right now, she’s also at the forefront of rolling out VetlinkPRO Version 7, the most intuitive and visually polished version of the platform to date.
Kate has been part of the VetlinkPRO family for over seven years, and it’s clear she’s never looked back. “What drew me in—and what keeps me excited every day—is helping our clients,” she says. “Plus, we genuinely have the BEST team. Everyone truly cares about our customers, and that makes all the difference.”
A New Era with Version 7
One of the things Kate is most proud of is seeing customers adopt the new Version 7 interface. “It’s way more pleasing to the eye and so much more user-friendly,” she says. “There are also some really cool new features coming that I think our clients are going to love.”
But for Kate, the real reward is the day-to-day problem-solving that brings a smile to a clinic manager's face. “Every week, there’s something I help with that saves someone time or makes their job easier. Those little wins matter a lot.”

Life Beyond the Office
Outside the office, Kate’s life is just as dynamic. A fun fact many might not know? She’s got two very patient cats, Lucky and Lilly—sibling kittens who have taken quite well to life in a household with two young kids. “They don’t mind getting pushed around the house in a dolls’ pram,” she laughs. “They’ve basically become part of the games.”
Kate finds her balance through time with friends and family. “We’re always on the go with kids’ sports and playground adventures—it keeps things exciting and keeps me inspired.”
Looking Ahead
As for the future, Kate sees the veterinary industry leaning even further into innovation—and she’s confident VetlinkPRO will be right there leading the charge. “One of the things I really appreciate about us is that we’re always asking, ‘What else can we do for our clients?’ That mindset of constant improvement is what prepares us for whatever’s next.”
