From Vet Nursing to Vet Tech Support
After spending years in veterinary nursing, Devon was ready for a change—but not just any change. VetlinkPRO offered the perfect opportunity to stay connected to the industry while tackling new challenges in the tech space. Now, just over six months in, she’s an integral part of the team, helping clinics navigate our software and ensuring they get the most out of it.
Making a Difference, One Clinic at a Time
Day to day, Devon is the go-to person for veterinary teams needing assistance with VetlinkPRO. Whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues, walking clinics through new features, or gathering feedback for future improvements, her role is all about enhancing the user experience.
“It’s really rewarding when a clinic realises they can do something within VetlinkPRO that makes their workflow smoother,” she says. “Those little ‘aha’ moments make a big difference in their daily operations.”

Outside the Office: Pets, Passion, and a Splash of Adventure
When she’s not helping clinics streamline their workflows, Devon can be found spending time with her beloved pets. With two dogs—Sadie, a quirky Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Jess, a well-behaved 17-year-old Border Collie—plus two mischievous cats, Casper and Ash, life at home is never dull.
And let’s not forget the 350-litre tropical fish tank that keeps things lively! Beyond pet care, her hobbies include gardening, reading, swimming, and spending time in the ocean with her diving-enthusiast partner.
Looking Ahead
As VetlinkPRO continues to evolve, Devon is excited to grow alongside it. “I want to keep expanding my knowledge of the software so I can better assist clinics and help them get the most out of it.”
