Sophie, what inspired you to join VetlinkPRO?
"I was stoked to be part of an organisation that’s been at the forefront for over 20 years and is backed by the Jonas Software Group. This connection with a group that champions development and excellence was a key draw for me."

With over 15 years in software sales, from Health & Wellness to Aviation sectors, what unique perspectives do you bring to VetlinkPRO?
"From my early days designing gym apps to my recent role in aviation software within highly regulated environments, I’ve always focused on enhancing the user experience by bringing multiple solutions under one roof. Here at VetlinkPRO, I’m leveraging these insights to ensure our software provides comprehensive data insights and streamlined workflows, which are crucial for veterinary practices."

You bring essential core values like collaboration and innovation to VetlinkPRO. How do these shape your daily role?
"Every day, I’m out and about talking with our current customers, learning how they use VetlinkPRO and spotting opportunities to make their experience even better. I also spend a fair bit of time introducing potential clients to our solutions, particularly our latest innovation, VetlinkPay. Our commitment to being customer-centric is at the heart of everything we do."

Your love for pets seems to be a personal passion as well. How has this influenced your view of VetlinkPRO’s mission?
"Absolutely! From lavender gerbils to my cat Yogi, animals have always been a big part of my life. This deep understanding of the bond between pets and their owners drives my commitment to ensure VetlinkPRO empowers those who care for animals with superior technology."

Looking forward, what can you tell us about VetlinkPay and other upcoming features at VetlinkPRO?
"VetlinkPay is something I’m truly buzzing about. It’s a game-changer that integrates all payment systems, allowing immediate revenue capture and enhancing customer experience around the clock. Sophie, any memorable moments so far?
